Creating a Customer

  1. Navigate to Customers in the sidebar.
  2. Click + New Customer.
  3. Fill in customer details and assign licenses.
  4. Click Create.

Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

Each customer tenant is logically isolated. All data (assets, findings, reports, users) is scoped by tenant ID at the database level. No tenant can access another tenant's data, even if both are managed by the same partner.

Access Delegation

Access follows a whitelist model - users have no customer access by default. Partner Admins can enable customer portal access per tenant:

Disabled (default) Only partner personnel can access the tenant.
Read-Only Customer users can view dashboards and reports.
Full Access Customer Admin can manage users, scans, and settings.

What Counts as an Asset

Each unique domain, subdomain, IP address, web application URL, or API base URL counts as 1 asset.

Pricing

Pricing is configured in Settings (super-admin only). Your margin per license:

Margin = End-user price - Unit cost of a license

Pre-paid license purchases offer a discounted unit cost. See Partner Portal Settings for current values.


Operations

Scan Automation

Set up recurring scan schedules per customer or across multiple customers:

  1. Switch to the target customer or select multiple customers.
  2. Navigate to Scans > Schedules and click Create Schedule.
  3. Choose scan profile, targets, frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), and preferred start time.

Scans can also be triggered by events (new asset discovered, vulnerability database update) or via the Partner API.

Managing at Scale

  • Use the Customer List to sort and filter by status, plan, or last scan date.
  • Use the three-dot menu on each customer row for quick actions.
  • Click the document icon (See Reports) to jump directly to a customer's scan reports.
