The S4E Partner Program enables Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and consulting firms to deliver Continuous AI-Based Security Operations services to their customers through the Partner Portal.
Partner Portal
The Partner Portal is accessible at partners.s4e.link. Log in with your partner credentials. The top bar displays your partnership level (e.g., Platinum) and your account email.

The top row displays three summary cards:

Customers
The Customers page displays a table of all customer tenants.

Click + New Customer to provision a new customer tenant.
Scan Reports
Unified view of vulnerability scan results across all customers. Filter by:
- Search / Search ports - free-text and port-based search.
- Customer / Severity / Status / Date - dropdown filters.
- More + - additional filter options.
- Clear - reset all filters.

Application
Submit a partner application via the Partner Portal login page, your S4E account manager, or email. Required information includes company details, primary contact, number of existing managed security customers, and projected S4E customer count.
Review and Approval
The S4E partner team reviews your application within 5 business days. Fast-track review (1-2 days) is available for partners with existing S4E relationships.
Agreements
Upon approval, sign the Mutual NDA and S4E Partner Agreement via secure e-signature.
Portal Provisioning
A Partner Admin account is created and login credentials are sent via a secure one-time link.
Training and Certification
All Partner Admins must complete the S4E Partner Certification within 30 days covering platform fundamentals, portal operations, scan configuration, reporting, licensing, and security.
