S4E Cloud provides user management with granular permission controls. This guide covers inviting users, managing team members, and configuring access.


Team Member List

Navigate to Settings > Team to view all users in your organization. The team list shows:

Column Description
Status Active (checkmark) or pending (clock) — whether the invitation has been accepted.
Email The user's email address.
Name Display name.
Privileges The permissions assigned to the user, shown as chips (e.g., Start Scan, View Report, Export).
Added at When the user was added.
Action Three-dot menu to change privileges or delete the member.

Inviting Users

To invite a new team member:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Add a new member.
  3. Enter the member's email address.
  4. Toggle Apply All Assets to grant access to all assets, or leave it off to assign specific assets.
  5. Configure individual permissions by toggling each one on or off:
    • Start Scan -- Run scans against assets.
    • View Report -- View scan reports and results.
    • Export -- Export scan results and data.
    • Support -- Access support features.
    • Asset Add -- Add new assets.
    • Asset Delete -- Remove assets.
    • Asset Config -- Modify asset configurations.
    • Create Token -- Create API tokens.
    • Compliance -- Access compliance features.
  6. Click Invite.

Managing Existing Users

For each user in the team list, click the three-dot menu to access:

Option Description
Change Privileges Modify the user's permissions. Opens the same permission toggles used during invitation.
Delete Permanently remove the user from the organization.
