S4E Cloud provides user management with granular permission controls. This guide covers inviting users, managing team members, and configuring access.
Team Member List
Navigate to Settings > Team to view all users in your organization. The team list shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Active (checkmark) or pending (clock) — whether the invitation has been accepted. |
| The user's email address. | |
| Name | Display name. |
| Privileges | The permissions assigned to the user, shown as chips (e.g., Start Scan, View Report, Export). |
| Added at | When the user was added. |
| Action | Three-dot menu to change privileges or delete the member. |
Inviting Users
To invite a new team member:
- Navigate to Settings > Team.
- Click Add a new member.
- Enter the member's email address.
- Toggle Apply All Assets to grant access to all assets, or leave it off to assign specific assets.
- Configure individual permissions by toggling each one on or off:
- Start Scan -- Run scans against assets.
- View Report -- View scan reports and results.
- Export -- Export scan results and data.
- Support -- Access support features.
- Asset Add -- Add new assets.
- Asset Delete -- Remove assets.
- Asset Config -- Modify asset configurations.
- Create Token -- Create API tokens.
- Compliance -- Access compliance features.
- Click Invite.
Managing Existing Users
For each user in the team list, click the three-dot menu to access:

| Change Privileges | Modify the user's permissions. Opens the same permission toggles used during invitation. |
| Delete | Permanently remove the user from the organization. |
